As a rule, EVENTIM acts as the technological intermediary and sales platform operator and is not the organizer, producer, promoter or operator of the advertised events, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Browsing, ticket purchases, use of the platform and the processing of personal data are subject to EVENTIM’s Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.

For events created by promoters through EVENTIM.Light, responsibility for the organization, performance, content, programming and regularity of the event lies with the relevant promoter, without prejudice to EVENTIM’s role in the technological operation of sales and, where applicable, customer service and operational order processing.

EVENTIM may update this Legal Notice and its legal documents at any time.
