The Ilfords/Temor/Knats

The Six Six Bar, 170 East Road, Cambridge CB1 1DB
16/11/23 - 18:00

After some time away to sharpen their blunt, blunt instruments, the Ilfords are hitting the road again this autumn. 18 months after their last chaotic sellout in Cambridge, they're looking to do it all over again, but bigger. They will be joined once again by Temor, your favourite local jazz outfit and also by Knats - one of the finest up and coming jazz groups to emerge from the North East in recent years. The event is affiliated with the Cambridge Jazz Festival. This will sell out - act fast, bag your ticket now.

\\ The Ilfords \\
The Ilfords are a raucous alt/indie rock outfit out of Newcastle upon Tyne, with a sound that draws comparisons to bands like Foals, Idles, Arctic Monkeys, QOTSA and Palace. Fresh off the back of a sellout UK tour and with a succession of impressive radio spins in the bank, the Ilfords have a buzz about them and are building a reputation for their intense live shows.

\\ Temor \\
Temor are a heavyweight Cambridge jazz supergroup comprising four titans of the student music scene in Gabriel Arpino, Wynn Tasker, Finlay Waugh and Judah Daniels. They’ve been earning genuinely rave reviews and aren't a band to sleep on.

\\ Knats \\
Knats are a quintet led by two best mates from Newcastle upon Tyne, Stan Woodward (Bass) and King David Ike Elechi (Drums), making dance music with influences from Jazz, Drum and Bass, House and Gospel. Recently they’ve been on the cover of Spotify’s ‘Jazz Fresh Finds’ playlist and supported Vels Trio and Tom Ford.

The tickets will be available for download immediately after sending the payment details and will also be sent to you by e-mail.
