Haunted House FearFest
Is a film festival about grass-roots independent filmmaking and celebrate the fun of bone-chilling horror. It's going to be weekend of horror on 25th to 27th October 2019 filled with chills, & thrills.
What we will be screening!
Thrillers, horror-comedy; monsters; psycho-killers; supernatural horror; horror-sci-fi; fantasy-horror, gore and violence; We will also be screening documentaries on horror-related subjects; music videos, animation in fact anything that is vaguely connected with horror and fits the bill of venue, a haunted house itself - The Park Hotel.
Our inaugural year
2019 is the first year for the Haunted House FearFest and takes place at The Park Hotel in Morecambe Bay. This venue has already been featured on ‘Quest Red’ as one of the most haunted venues in the UK and also features in the top 100 haunted houses in the UK. So, it makes the perfect partner in crime for this venture. For those daring to attend, there may be the possibility of a chance of joining in a ghost hunt!
Our festival will be host to a number of Premiere so you will have the chance to see something that no one else might have.
Also where the filmmakers will be in attendance, you will have the chance to take part in a Q&A (Question & Answers) Session with them. There will be time set aside for visitors to talk and discuss independent films and there making with the filmmaking guests.
We will be hosting two Discussion/Presentations with Dr. Stephen Curtis (Author and Expert) & Lee Francis (Author and assistant director on Woman in Black).

You will have chance to participate and decide on what films you love. The winner overall will win the Audience Award for best film. There will also be T-shirt give aways at the end of each day as part a draw from filling in your 'Have Your Say' slips.
