Privacy Notice

1 Introduction

1.1 This Privacy Notice is information to you because Billetlugen A/S collects data about you.

2 Controller of Personal Data

2.1 Billetlugen A/S, Bryggernes Plads 17, 1. Sal, 1799 København V- CVR-nr 29413274 is the data controller. This means that we are responsible for your personal data.

3 Purpose of the Collection of Personal Data and Legal Basis

3.1 We will ensure that your personal data is collected and processed only in accordance with the following purposes:

a) to facilitate the delivery of products and/or services ordered by you; for this purpose we name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events), payment transaction data

b) to answer your questions or complaints; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events), payment transaction data

c) to enable you to participate in a contest or promotion; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events)

d) to provide you with information about other products and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already ordered or enquired about; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events)

e) to notify you about event changes; for this purpose we collect name, phone number, e-mail

f) to help us improve our websites, products and services; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events), web behavior

g) to make profiles in order to send you personalised marketing. The interests pursued in terms of profiling is to get an understanding of your preferences in order to enable Billetlugen A/S to personalise advertisements, and thereby provide you with more relevant offers on goods and services. The logic involved in the automated processing in relation to profiling is statistics and analyses; for this purpose we collect name, e-mail, address, phone number, birthday, permission to newsletters, permission to event information, gender, interests (category of events), web behavior.

h) to transfer the personal data to event organizer – in order to fulfil contract; for this purpose we collect name, address, phone number, e-mail, order details, client permissions

3.2 Our legal basis for processing is:

a) Your consent;

b) Processing is necessary for the performance of a purchase agreement to which you are a party;

c) Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation imposed upon Billetlugen A/S;

d) Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of Billetlugen A/S or a third party, and this interest overrides the interests of the data subject.

If the legal basis for processing is consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent.

If the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interests of Billetlugen A/S or a third party: The interests pursued are for example statistics, process optimization etc.

3.3 We keep your personal data until it is no longer relevant for Billetlugen A/S to keep, as long as compliant with Danish law. If you pull back your consent as described in section 6, Billetlugen A/S will keep your personal data for a period of 2 years hereafter, according to a statement from “Forbrugerombudsmanden”, before deletion takes place. If your consent has not been used for more than 2 years Billetlugen A/S will delete your personal data as well. However, independent of GDPR, all transaction data will be stored for 5 years according to the Danish Accounting Act.

4 Your rights

4.1 If you have any questions regarding our processing of your personal data you may contact us by using the contact details described below in section 6.

4.2 You may, at any time, request access to your personal data and that incorrect personal data be rectified, deleted, or changed by using the contact details described below in section 6. You may also request restriction, data portability or object to us processing your data, including pulling back your consent.

4.3 If you have any complaints about our processing of your personal data, you may contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.

4.4 You have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing.

5 Transfer of Personal Data

5.1 We may disclose personal data to affiliate or subsidiary companies, as well as professional advisors in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5.2 Our employees, agents, business partners, vendors and/or suppliers may have access to your personal data on a limited as needed basis in order to deliver a service to us or to enable them to act on our behalf in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5.3 We reserve the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, or to co-operate with any legal investigation.

5.6 The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a location outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). If personal data is transferred outside of the EEA we ensure an adequate level of security by transferring to countries approved by the European Commission as having an adequate level of protection, or by entering into contracts between us and the non-EEA entity receiving the personal data.

Cookie Policy

For further general information about cookies and how we register and use personal data, please read our section about Cookie Policy . Security Billetlugen applies technological and organizational security measures to protect the data we have access to against misuse, loss or manipulation. From the moment that we receive the information, you can trust that that we govern the information with confidentiality and security in accordance with the regulations hereof.

Purchasing/ordering

In order to buy tickets at billetlugen.dk, you must register as a user and provide your name, address, and credit card. The information is used to complete the transaction. If there are problems with a purchase, if, for instance, there is a cancellation or the like, the information will be used to contact you.

In addition to the personal data mentioned in our cookie and privacy policy, information about purchases is stored to the extent Billetlugen A/S is obligated to do so, according to the applicable law, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Additionally, to our Cookie Policy and Privacy Notice, we can use your personal data to contact you regarding information about events that may be of your interest to receive news. Should your personal data be used in connection with marketing related matters, this will always be conducted in accordance to regulations in force, including the Danish marketing law.
