When and how do I receive my tickets?
Once your booking has been made, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail. The tickets will be attached to this e-mail as PDF files. You can also view your confirmed bookings after successfully booking tickets under VIEW ORDERS and download the tickets again if you need to.
I haven't received my tickets. What should I do?
Once your booking has been made, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail. The tickets will be attached to this e-mail as PDF files. Please call up your e-mails and check whether you have received an order confirmation by e-mail. Please also check your spam filter. After successfully booking tickets, you can also view your confirmed bookings under VIEW ORDERS. If you still don't see any order here, please contact our customer service team with CONTACT.
What payment options are available?
Pay conveniently with your credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard / EuroCard). Alternatively, you can pay easily, quickly and safely by online transfer through your bank's or savings bank's online banking system.
What is the card security number on my credit card, and where can I find it?
The credit card security number is a 3 or 4 digit sequence of numbers on your card (i.e. not embossed) which, unlike your name and card number, is not found on normal payment receipts. This is also the reason why entering the credit card security number increases the security standards for your ticket bookings. On MasterCard and VISA cards, the security number is next to the signature field on the back of the credit card. On American Express cards, the security number is found on the left or right-hand side of the front of your credit card.
How can I log in?
Already registered customers log in on the online shop's home page under LOGIN. For new customers, registration is part of the booking process. Once you have selected the tickets you want, you will be taken to the login page. Enter your customer data to register. Please note that the fields must be completed in full and correctly, since otherwise we cannot guarantee successful booking of the tickets. Confirm your details with NEXT.
Why do I have to enter my telephone number?
If there are any problems with your booking, our customer service team is able to notify you by telephone.
What information will I find in the basket?
The basket contains a summary of the tickets you have selected so far and any additional costs (e.g. postage) from the online shop. You can remove your tickets from the basket or add more tickets to your basket by selecting new events via the home page. If you want to book the tickets stored in your basket, click "Checkout".
How many tickets can I book at once in the online shop?
You can book a maximum of 10 tickets per order in the online shop.
How secure is a booking via the online shop?
Tickets booked in our online shop are secured by SSL encryption, which you can recognise by the "https://" prefix to the Internet address.
What does the MY ACCOUNT area do?
Once you have logged in, MY ACCOUNT allows you to manage your data for the billing address and also to change your personal access details for the online shop. The order summary also gives you a list of the bookings you have made in the online shop so far and their status.
