SHEKINAH - CHRISTMAS TESTIMONY

With the seasons changing, gluhwein on tap, chesnuts roasting and fires roaring its time to settle in for a cosy night of Christmas Testimony with Shekinah Mcfarlane at the Cotton Club

At the legendary Cotton Club, she invites you on a musical journey where timeless classics meet her own original creations. From the smoky depth of Nina Simone, the passion of Chaka Khan, mixed with fresh original material straight from her heart—this is a night that blends elegance with unshakable energy but tonight... the whismical fresh temperature of the seasons follows for the night, as you are whisked into the beauty and light of Christmas.

After more than a decade electrifying audiences in shows like Rent, The Lion King, Six, and most recently as a Muse in the world premiere of Hercules at the Neue Flora. Shekinah steps into the spotlight for her official solo show in Hamburg. She will be joined by the COTTON CLUB HOUSE BAND led by Steve Wiseman from Brooklyn, NYC.

You are invited into an intimate evening at the Cotton Club—where every note tells a story. Known for her elegance, stage presence, and ability to connect deeply with an audience, expect a mix of Motown, jazz, blues, and rock, all delivered with Shekinah’s signature flair: subtle and sultry one moment, explosive and joyous the next.
