Flow Acrobatics Workshop info

Where? Dock 11 Eden Studios, Breite Str. 43, 13187 Berlin

The workshop starts at 11:00.

It is recommended to arrive around 10:30 to have enough time for registration and preparation.

There will be a 30 minute break around 13:00

I also recommend to wear cloths that cover your shoulders and knees since we will spent a lot of time dancing on the floor.

The Flow Acrobatics workshop deals with the thematics of body awareness and full body coordination. The participants will get to know the concept in a playful way by integrating new movement patterns which are based on fluidity, resilience and lightness and have their origin in capoeira and contemporary dance.
