Unter dem Namen „Johannisklang“ veranstaltet die Evangelisch-lutherische Kirchengemeinde St. Johannis seit 2015 eine eigene Konzertreihe. Regelmäßig wird die Johanniskirche am Johanniskirchhof 22 in Flensburg mit ihrer einmaligen Akustik zur Bühne für nationale und internationale Künstler.
