Dieses Jahr hat das KUBŌ - Festival seine Premiere mit einer mehrtägigen Veranstaltung, bei der gefeiert, entdeckt und verstanden wird, was es für die jungen Kreativen der Diaspora bedeutet, Filipino zu sein. Es zielt darauf ab, einen Raum zu schaffen, um als Community von Freunden, Suchenden und neugierigen Zuschauern zusammenzukommen, um die philippinische Kultur durch Dialog, kreative Zusammenarbeit, künstlerischen Ausdruck und bedeutungsvolle Entdeckungen als globale Pinoy-Familie zu feiern.

Das diesjährige Thema [unapologetically filipino・leider kreativ] ermöglicht es uns, die verschiedenen Facetten von Talenten in der Community durch KUNST, KULINARIK und KULTUR zu entdecken.

This 2022, KUBŌ premieres the first multi-day event to celebrate, discover, and understand what being Filipino means for the young creatives of the diaspora. It aims to provide a space to come together as a community of friends, seekers and curious spectators to celebrate Filipino culture through dialogue, creative collaboration, artistic expression and meaningful discovery as a global Pinoy family.

This year’s theme [unapologetically filipino・leider kreativ] allows us to discover the different facets of talent in the community through ART, CULINARY and CULTURE.
